We worked with Barteak Developments at one of their new build sites in Banbury. This was a big project with development ongoing which required us to be at this site regularly over a four year period.
We currently do three separate cleans on each apartment. The initial clean is the build clean, the houses are generally covered in dust. Everywhere is swept/vacuumed, all surfaces cleaned, excess paint is removed from frames, sockets, tiles and also remove any protective films/stickers.
The second clean is the reclean. Once the apartments have been snagged by Barteak and more work has been carried out, we then go in to do the reclean.
Finally, once the apartments are fully completed and signed off, the cleaners can start the sparkle clean. This is our time to make sure everything is perfect for the homeowners, making sure everything is sparkling!
All apartments also have a full interior and exterior window clean.
There are in excess of 150 apartments on this site and we worked really hard over 4 years to get each apartment ready for the new homeowners.
