In October we completed a build clean at a well established Indian Restaurant in Leicester called Mirch Masala.
Mirch Masala is owned by a husband and wife who launched the business in 1996. They have been a very successful business but had some hard times earlier this year due to a fire. It caused huge amounts of damage to the restaurant as well as other businesses in the area. This meant a massive rebuilding task had to happen. One of our regular customers was given the job, offering us the cleaning side.
We only had one day to complete this job as the owners were really keen to reopen ready for Diwala Day celebrations to start the next day! There were many other trades still on the job, all working around each other to get it done for this special day! This can be tough but everyone was in high spirits and the owners and restaurant were very helpful.
Most of the job was a refurbishment meaning lots of dust and paint to be cleaned up. Some areas at the back of the building including one kitchen were existing. This meant a lot of grease and general dirt you would expect to find in a kitchen!
A team of four worked hard throughout the day to get this job finished, and we did it! Another happy customer for WCS!
