We worked with Barteak Developments at one of their new build sites in Smethwick doing a build clean to get each home ready for the new homeowners to move into.
We currently do three separate cleans on each apartment. The initial clean is the build clean, the apartments are generally covered in dust. Everywhere is swept/vacuumed, all surfaces cleaned, excess paint is removed from frames, sockets, tiles and also remove any protective films/stickers.
The second clean is the reclean. Once the apartments have been snagged by Barteak and more work has been carried out, we then go in to do the reclean.
Finally, once the apartments are fully completed and signed off, the cleaners can start the sparkle clean. This is our time to make sure everything is perfect for the homeowners, making sure everything is sparkling!
All apartments also have a full interior and exterior window clean.
